Refund is only in the case if by mistake wrong prescription has been sent along with the treatment. You can Cancel order on the same day you have ordered, as medicine is shipped the next day. Once the medicine is dispatched it’s not possible on our end to cancel order. It is considered the liability of the consignee to recieve the courier as no prebook amount is taken from the consignee. The refund may be given only by google pay / Bhim app / UPID on the registered phone no. with us or by cheque in faviur of the registered name of the patient who has made the payment. No refund will be made by cash. In case of requesting a refund, please call on our helpline phone no’s. A refund may be made in US dollars or Indian Rupees depending on the regulations. ions India Homoeopathy reserves right to modify the refund policy at its discretion, without notice.
